Indulge Gift Cards

 

  • Indulge Gift Cards are not refundable, nor can they be redeemed for cash.
  • Indulge Gift Cards can be used for products or services.
  • Indulge Gift Cards Sold at Promotional rates do not qualify for any additional promotions or discounts for products or services.
  • Some additional conditions may apply to Indulge Gift Cards sold at promotional rates.


Methods of Payment

  • Credit Cards & Cash:  AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD, ATM Cards and Cash.
    • We are sorry, we  do not accept checks and/or Discover credit cards.    
  • Third Party Gift Cards:  SpaFinder, SpaWish and SpaWeek 
    • A maximum of $150 per guest may be used in a given month period (products or services).
    • Due to high processing fees, we can not honor any promotions or discounts when using any of these cards as method of payment for products or services.



Lost/Stolen/Damaged Items

Indulge  is not responsible for any personal belonging that may be lost, broken or damaged while you visit us.

If any item is forgotten at our facilities, we will keep the items for  2 weeks, and if not claimed, the items will  be donated to the charity  of our choice.

Cell Phones and Other Devices

Our  goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere so that you may  enjoy our  services. Please put mobile phones on vibrate or turn them off  while  visiting the salon. 
You are welcome to use your mobile phone in the reception area.
Please use headphones if you are using your device to listen to music or watch videos.

Code of Conduct

  

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate. We are sorry, no weapon of any kind is allowed inside our facilities. Indulge Salon Shoppe & Spa is a smoke-free environment.  

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/NO SHOWS

Thank you for understanding

We hope you understand that we have these policies in place out of  respect for guests and staff's time.  Cancellations  with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill.  By giving last  minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being  able to schedule an appointment into that time slot. Time we reserve for you, we never offer to someone else. 


Also, please realize that our  staff gets compensated based on commission on services only.   When you reserve time and then cancel or change last minute, or do not show,  you are limiting affecting their paychecks.

Appointment Cancellations / Changes / No Shows /Late Guest

  • Cancellations/Re-Scheduling:  We require a minimum of  24 hour  advanced notice or a $25 fee will apply to your next visit.
  • Spa Day Packages, Brazilian Blowouts or Keratin Treatment appointments:   Please refer to specific policies associated to these services.
  • No Shows: In  the event you have three consecutive "no show" appointments without  contacting us, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.   However, you may be considered as a walk-in.    
  • Should you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call us directly at 904.230.5520.  Please do not text or email, since we do not check messages on real time. 
  • Please refer to special policies for color correction, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Treatments and Spa Packages policies. 

Texts/ Confirmation Calls

As  a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date  and time via text message. 


If you do not respond to your text message  to confirm your appointment, we will call you the day before to confirm.  We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to  forget an appointment you booked months ago. 


However, it is your  responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform  us if your contact information has changed.    

PACKAGES POLICIES

Spa Day Packages

Discounts: We offer pre-designed packages based on what we have learned our guests love.  The packages we offer include a discount, reason why no other promotions or discounts are applicable. 

Gratuities: Prices do not include gratuity. We will add 15% gratuity to  your ticket, calculated on the pre-discount price.Due to high processing fees, we do not accept SpaFinders or SpaWish, SpaWeek  gift cards as payment for spa packages Also, please be advised, that Indulge Gift cards sold at promotional rates can not be used as payment for spa day packages.

Reservation:  We do require 50% down payment (based on our initial assessment on cost) at the time of booking.  This down payment will be applied towards your final ticket.  

Appointment Cancellations/changes: We require a minimum of 48hr notice, otherwise we will retain 25% of the 50% down payment for your services. This means you will be refunded only 25% of the down payment.

No Shows: In the event of "no show" we will retain the 50% down payment.  This means your down payment is non-refundable.

Waxing or Facials Packages

  • Purchase any combination of 3 waxing services and save 10%.
  • Purchase any combination of 3 facials and save 10%.
  • Package must be purchased in full. 
  • All sessions must be used within 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Packages/services can not transferred to someone else.
  • Packages can not be purchased  with the following methods of payment: SpaFinder, SpaWish, SpaWeek or Indulge Gift Cards sold at a promotional rate.
  • Packages can not be combined with any other promotions.

Color Correction Appointments

  • Scheduling: All color correction services require an initial in-person consultation. This consultation is complementary. Color correction processes can be unpredictable.  To ensure the highest levels of satisfaction,  we ask that all color correction appointments are scheduled during week days to allow a proper amount of time and focus. We do not schedule color correction appointments on Saturdays due to the fact that our schedule is very busy and tight on Saturdays. This may prevent your stylist to spend additional time on you as it may be required due to unexpected challenges.

Keratin and/or Brazilian Blowout Treatments

  • These treatments are lengthy. They require 2.5 hrs or longer depending on the treatment, hair density and length. We are happy to reserve the time needed, we however require a down payment. 
  • Reservation:  We do require 50% down payment (based on our initial assessment on cost) at the time of booking.  This down payment will be applied towards your final ticket.

PRODUCTS RETURNS

Product Exchanges/Returns

The following policies apply to all products and accessories in our shoppe:

  • We will exchange or refund with proof of purchase and within 7 days of date of purchase.
  • All products must be in their original packaging and lightly used or unused.
  • We do not accept returns on items that touch your skin for sanitary reasons.  These types of items will be accepted only if the are unused and unopened. 
  • Items sold under promotional price are final sales and not eligible for refund or exchanges. 
  • No refund or exchanges on brushes and other personal use items.

CHILDREN POLICY & SERVICES TO MINORS

Children Safety Policy

  

We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment where often, chemicals and hot tools are being used.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.    


Children are ONLY permitted in the salon or spa area when the child is receiving a service and he/she is accompanied by an adult.  For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children.  

Services To Minors

Hair Services

  • Guests  who are 17 years old or younger are required to be accompanied by a  parent or legal guardian during consultation (First 15 min of  appointment) to ensure that parents are in agreement with the course of  action prior to executing on a particular color or hairstyle change for  their kids.

Facials/Massages/Waxing

  • Guests  who are 17 years old or younger: A minor consent form must be signed by the parent or legal guardian.
  • Parent or legal guardian has the option to be in the room during the minor's service.
