Appointment Cancellations/Changes

  • Our cancellation/rescheduling policy requires 24 hour  advanced notice.   
  • If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $25 fee on your next visit.   

This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists, spa therapists and clients.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill.  By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot affecting our staff payroll. Our staff gets compensated based on commission on services only.    

"No Shows"

Our Cancellation/Changes policy applies to "No Shows".

In the event you have three consecutive "no show" appointments without contacting us, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.  However, you may be considered as a walk-in.    

Late Guests Policy

  We understand "life happens".  If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to scheduled appointment, please call us! 904-230-5520.    

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service.  Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day.  Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day.  Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.    

Confirmation Calls/ Confirmation Text

As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your appointment date and time via text message. If you do not respond to your text message to confirm your appointment, we will call you the day before to confirm.  We confirm in advance as a courtesy because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times and inform us if your contact information has changed.    

Child Safety Policy

  Children are ONLY permitted in the salon or spa area when the child is receiving a service and he/she is accompanied by an adult.  

For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for children.  We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment where often, chemicals and hot tools are being used.  We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.  Your understanding is greatly appreciated.    

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
We are sorry, no weapon of any kind is allowed inside our facilities.
Indulge Salon Shoppe & Spa is a smoke-free environment.  

Hair & Skin Product Return Policy

The following are your Shopp refund/exchange policies:

  • Exchange or refund with proof of purchase and within 7 days of date of purchase.
  • All products must be in their original packaging and lightly used or un-used.
  • All sales are final- no refund or exchange applies.
  • No refund or exchanges on brushes and other personal use items.

Gift Cards /Gift Certificates

  • No refunds will be given for gift card or gift certificate sales
  • Spafinder, SpaWish, SpaWeek gift cards are accepted up to a limit of $150 per guest, per month.

Promotions / Package Discounts

  • Only one discount per visit per guest.
  • Discounts are not applicable if using Spafinder, SpaWish, SpaWeek or Indulge Gift Cards sold at promotional rates.

Hair Services for Minors

Guests who are younger than 18 years old are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during consultation (First 15 min of appointment) to ensure that parents are in agreement with the course of action prior to executing on a particular color or hairstyle change for their kids.

Lost/Stolen Items

Indulge  is not responsible for any personal belonging that may be broken or  damaged while you visit us.
If any item is forgotten at our facilities,   we will keep the items for 2 weeks, and if not claimed, the items will  be donated to the charity of our choice.

Cell Phones & Other Devices

Our goal is to provide a relaxing atmosphere so that you may  enjoy our services. Please put mobile phones on vibrate or turn them off  while visiting the salon. 
You are welcome to use your mobile phone in the reception area.
Please use headphones if you are using your device to listen to music or watch videos.

Methods of Payment

We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD, ATM Cards and all good Cash.

We  accept SpaFinder, SpaWish and SpaWeek Gift Cards - a maximum of $150 per guest may be used in a given month period.

We are sorry, we  do not accept checks and/or Discover credit cards.

Please note that we are not able to honor any promotions if using  SpaFinder, SpaWeek , SpaWish  or Indulge Gift Cards sold at promotional rates as method of payment.   

Spa Day Packages Policies

Take advantage of our wonderful spa packages designed to help you leave  your hectic life at the door and lose yourself in a world of relaxation  and well-being. Gift card are available at our online store!  We will mail a gift card to your loved ones on your behalf!Packages policies:

  • Due to high processing fees, we do not accept SpaFinders or SpaWish, SpaWeek  gift cards as payment for spa packages.
  • Indulge Gift cards sold at promotional rates can not be used as payment for spa day packages.
  • We require a 50% deposit to hold any reservation for spa packages.
  • We require 48 hrs advanced notice in the event of change or cancellation otherwise your 50% deposit is not refundable.
  • We will add 15% gratuity to  your ticket, calculated on the pre-discount price.


Gratuities are NOT included in our prices. 

15% to 20% on services before discounts is customary.
